Exploring Stress in our Sacred Bodies
through Free Form
Dance & Movement Class
Our bodies can become a resource to help us alter our
own realities. When we hold our bodies as sacred, and
connecting with them during intentional movement, we
can begin to understand our stress on a whole new level.

Exploring Stress in our Sacred Bodies
Each week there is a unique theme for our class,
each week's topic builds on the next.
Adina will offer a teaching piece each week, in order to guide us to find our own answers, by carefully exploring: our body's biology (hormones and nervous system in stress), our body as teacher (dancing our stress and flow states for information) and our Future Selves (to assist us in transforming our present reality).
Week 1-
Exploring Stress (Before, During & After an Event)
Week 2-
Survival (Fight/Flight/Freeze) vs. The Flow
Week 3-
Unraveling the Myth That No Longer Serves Us from our Ancestry
Week 4-
Heart-Brain Coherence: Journey to the Heart, Vegas Nerve, & Brain
Week 5-
Re-Vision Dance (Calling our Future Potential into the Present)
Week 6-
Re-Exploring Stress (Before, During & After an Event)
TESTIMONIALS
"Accessing my subconscious and intuition is something I have struggled with most of my adult life. Your class was one of the first times a technique really worked for me."
-A.C., Exploring Stress Dance Class past participant
"I was surprised by how comfortable I felt in the class. I anticipated feeling too seen or on display but found I felt accepted by everyone in the room. I am grateful for the weekly insights that came to me...I connected with my true, inner self in meaningful ways and gained more comfort in who I am. "
-Melanie, Exploring Stress Dance Class past participant
"It has allowed me to really feel how stress flows through my body and allowed me to see how I can choose different paths of handling it. "
-Lori Kramer, Exploring Stress Dance Class past participant
"This class was such a great duration of time to explore stress while dancing-then to take my new practices home and incorporate them throughout the week. It was very rewarding. I have had a lot of healing and will continue the practices. "
-Mandey Lund, Exploring Stress Dance Class past participant

Special instructions for this location: This building is located within the East Side Recycling Center. At that same location are some other businesses: Salvage Barn, Habitat for Humanity & ReStore. You will see the names for these businesses on a sign as you turn in. When you turn in, all the other businesses will be closed. From the parking lot, you will see there is only one building with a light on through the main doors, it will be obvious. There is a patio area in front of our building.
